I understand their importance. These devices are incredibly important. Being able to monitor someone’s heart at a moment’s notice is vital when you’re working against the clock. However, they’re really uncomfortable. I also notice some of the RNs don’t always sterilize theirs all the time. I tell them every time I notice but it’s a problem.
